We understand you might have a lot of questions to ask before you enrol on one of our courses.
Here are a few we get asked frequently which may answer your query

1. Course Content & Curriculum
  • What specific types of hair extensions courses do you do?

Tape-ins, micro rings/beads, prebond, nano, secret weft

  • Can I lean more than one method at a time?

Absolutely! All of our courses are single method courses however you can enrol on as  many as you wish. Our courses are developed in such a way that many units overlap and are used in different courses, for example Health and safety or hair structure.

This unique structure means once you have completed a unit you do not have to complete it again on another course.

Our only stipulation when enrolling on multiple courses is that the practical element must be done in full for each method. You cannot use 1 model and do a partial fitting of each method.

  • Does the course include both theoretical learning and practical techniques?

Yes. All our courses have a combination of theory and practical learning. The theory element is a structure of units, lessons and assessments. And the practical is a structure of video tutorial, case studies and practical assessment.

  • Will the course cover all aspects of hair extension application, such as blending, styling, and maintenance?

Yes. Our directors are both lifelong industry experts with many years teaching experience. This puts us in the unique position to know what every newcomer to the industry need to know and learn to become successful. We believe you will not find a more informative and in-depth training centre in the UK

  • How is the course delivered?

All our courses have a combination of theory and practical learning. The theory element is a structure of units, lessons and assessments. And the practical is a structure of video tutorial, case studies and practical assessment. You learn are your own pace to complete the theory element and practical case studies and when you’re ready you book on your practical assessment.

  • Are there interactive elements, such as quizzes, assignments, or group discussions?

Yes. All theory units conclude with a quiz, assessment or assignment to ensure you have understood. Once you are enrolled you also have acsess to our online portal where you can chat to your tutors and other students.

  • How long is the course, and what is the time commitment per week?

All our courses are student led meaning it is as long as you need it to be. If you can only commit to 1 or 2 hours a week theory that’s fine, alternatively if you with to spend a full week completing your theory that’s also fine.

  • Can I learn at my own pace, or is there a set schedule I must follow?

We do stipulate your practical assessment cannot be booked until all your theory and case study is complete so you do not have a deadline to complete unless you impose one on yourself.

  • Will I have access to the course material after completion, or is it a one-time access?

Once you have purchased your course it is yours. You have access to all training manuals and tutorial videos for as long as you need them. Although once you have completed a unit assessment you cannot go back and redo them.

  • Is there a certificate awarded upon completion of the course?

Yes. All courses offer a downloadable certificate of completion and all accredited courses offer a certificate of achievement when you have passed your practical assessment.

  • What are the qualifications and experience of the instructor(s)?

All our tutors must have a minimum of 2 years industry qualified experience as well as a recognised teachers qualification such as PTTLS orAET

  • Can I contact the instructor for assistance if I have questions or need clarification?

Yes, once you are enrolled you also have access to our online portal where you can chat to your tutors.

  • Do the instructors have a background in both teaching and practical experience?

Yes. Our directors each have over 30 years industry experience and over 20 years teaching experience.

    • Do I need to purchase specific tools or products to complete the course?

    Yes and no. when you enrol on your course you will be given a list of tools you need to complete your practical assessment and case studies. You may need to purchase these however you may already have some tools which you can use.

    • Is there any starter kit provided, or are there discounts available for course participants?

    We don’t currently offer training kits ( although that is something we are looking into in the future!) however we will give you a list of products you will need and in some cases recommendations of where to get them from.

  • Are the courses accredited or recognized by any professional bodies or associations?

Yes. Our accredited courses are recognised by Beauty Training Accreditation. Once you pass your practical assessment you will receive an accredited certificate which will allow you to gain insurance and register with hair extension suppliers.

  • Is there ongoing support after completing the course?

Yes, we do not desert you! As mentioned previously, once you have purchased your course it is yours. You have access to all training manuals and tutorial videos for as long as you need them. Your tutors are also available to give advice should you need it, particularly in your 1st few months as situations arise.

  • Do you offer any resources to help me start my own hair extension business?

Included in your training manual is advice on business start up, marketing, insurance and supplier info

  • Are there any advanced courses or additional learning modules available once I complete this course?

Yes, as well as addition accredited training methods we also offer a range of skill builders and masterclasses to keep you at the top of the game!
